I have been taking my 3 children here since birth. The staff is so kind and make the experience a positive one every time. Heather Martin always answers all of our questions and I never feel like she’s rushing us out. We have seen several other providers at sick appointments and they have been amazing as well (Crystal Thomes, Maddie Henrish and Janie Isenhour to name a few.) I can’t imagine taking my kids anywhere else!
My children are 3.5 and 2 years old. They have been patients from since birth. We have always been treated like family. They are always sweet to my boys and provide great care. They were also highly recommended to us by several close friends, so I know others love them as well.
Today I took my son to the Asia location. My son has been seeing the doctors from this place since his birth. But, today, we had the most horrible experience there. The doctor’s name is Dr. Maclaren. He came about 40 mins late and only looked at my son for 5 mins. He was in such a hurry. He was very rude & talked to us from the door while he was about to leave. Not going back, horrible front office staff , they make you wait for ever, my last straw was calling for my son asking for appointment, they send me a link so I could provide pictures of my son, that was sept 25th , I was trying to be polite and just wait, but thankfully by 28th my son was doing better without going to the doc or any medication, just home remedies, I didnt get a call till today oct 6 to see if my son was better, what kind of practice is this since he's in Medicaid patience, seems like they dont care, so disa... read more
The best place to take your kids. They have been amazing and I love that I get to decide what’s best for my child medically and they support you no matter what. Love this place!!
