Crystal is amazing!! She is so kind and listens to all of our questions and thoroughly answers and explains. She takes her time and never rushes. She is very patience with the kids and makes them feel comfortable instantly. We always leave our visits feelings at ease and informed. Thank you Crystal!
Dr Eisenhower is fantastic. But they make you wait unacceptably long. Today it took 30mins to get called back. Our appointment in total took 1.5hrs for a routine check up. Should probably arrive 20-30mins late next time
We have been coming here for 8 years. We had a complicated medical situation come up and they mishandled bloodwork, reported incorrect vitals, and messed up a referral all within a 2 week time period. This caused a serious delay in care for our child. The providers are nice, but you can’t properly diagnose or care for a child if you’re given incorrect information from incompetent support staff.
I wanted to love Triad Peds so much but our experience has been way less than ideal. First, the wait times for appointments. Every appointment we have had here has averaged 2 hour wait times. Our final appointment I actually had to leave the room to go find someone to help us finish up because we had been there since 10am and it was nearly 1pm. I have a 19 month old, it’s unrealistic to ask them to sit in a tiny, *dirty* room for that long. Also at our final appointment, a 17 year old boy was who got us from the waiting room... read more
Crystal is the best! We have brought all 3 of our children here and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! We feel heard and taken care of like family!
