We love the staff ! We also have never had a problem until after Covid hit the kids had seen a different doctor same place . They saw Dr David Olson he made my kids feel very uncomfortable! I thought it was maybe just the first visit we had but no he’s very rude and not personable at all ! I was shocked ! He didn’t listen to my children and wrote on my kids charts what he wanted too .I have five kids who were very active in our homeschool group and also recreational sport when Covid hit that canceled everything! It was an awesome experience, the Dr was great, the nurse was wonderful, the overall experience was great except for the black girl at the front desk. She was in a hurry to send us out without me leaving with all my paperwork for my child’s x-ray. Even when she knew that the nurse asked me to wait so that she will get that ready for me to go to the building across the street for the X-ray, she was asking us to go. That’s sounds odd!
