I would not tell nobody about this place. I was there on December 30 2022 with my son. The appointment was at 10am we did not get back there until 12:45pm. I didn't care for Nurse Assistant. I didn't care for doctor. They had me so mad at this place. I could go on about what happened.
Horrible wait. Appt at 1pm and didn't get seen until around 3:00 then waited on dentist for almost an hour. I didn't know we were spending the day to pull one small tooth that took less than 5 minutes. Very unprofessional

You need to be very careful working with these guys. My entire experience was rushed and I asked to sign off for a surgery that cost over $800 out of pocket in a matter of 5 minutes. Even though I inquired if all of the things they wanted to do were necessary and was told yes I later found out that was not the case where I could have saved over $300. Also it is important to note that in the state of NC, dentists can charge you what ever they choose for something if it is not covered by your insurance company so while the ins... read more
