Triad One Realty is by far one of the worst realty companies in the Houston area. I strongly advise anyone to stay away from them. Even if they offered rent for $1 a month, it wouldn’t be worth the stress. They filed for evictions against us multiple times, even after we communicated that rent would be late and paid all rent and fees. We even had a case where they claimed we didn’t pay rent, but the landlord later admitted he had received the funds.
