I'm writing this review with the hope that it deters anyone considering Apple Roofing( Formerly Triad Roofing) for their roofing needs. My job was completed around August 2021. The initial job was completely botched; I had it inspected by a 3rd party Roofing company before agreeing to final payment. Triad did come out and seem genuine in fixing all of my concerns. Absolutely stay away. $400 estimate from this joke of a company. Second opinion was 15k. They work for the insurance co. Solely not the consumer.
Hello, Apple roofing is not only professional at what they do but also reliable and dependable. They completed the roofing, gutters, and windows in a timely manner and they did quality work.
