Never had such personal and detailed and pleasant experience with a company as we did with Apple Roofing! Tim Wilkerson from start to finish walked us thru every step! He was so prompt on any question and took care of every detail! NEVER would use any other roof company!
I recently had some wind damage to my roof and contacted Dusty at Apple Roofing. He came by and talked me through the options. I’m now the proud owner of a beautiful new roof and gutters! The crew were fast and left my yard as clean as they found it! Very pleased with the whole experience!
Do NOT hire this company. It was a nightmare from the start and no matter what they are STILL refusing to fix the issues I called out from the word go. I told them these gutters were issues and not right. They didn't listen. They only care about collecting that check! Now I will involve the BBB and whoever else because of their shady job and don't try to tell me the gutters didn't cause this because I signed permission for them to replace anything that needed replaced. This company is incompetent. I had them replace my roof after a hail storm last year. I kept finding things done incorrectly. It took 6 additional trips out to my house for them to correct the issues over the course of 3 months. The issues including damaged gutters, improperly done flashing, damaged trim work, improperly painted trim (they clearly used the wrong color), improperly laid shingles, and exposed nails on the roof.
