I had surgery on my eyes to take the cataracts out so far I've been doing good it didn't take long once I got me in there next thing you know they were done and their staff is very nice people I like each and every one of them up there.I Want To Thank Triad Eye institute for everything you guys did for me, I appreciate every one of them ♥️.
Woke up to an eye emergency. I called and was able to be seen immediately. I was very scared and worried and the staff and doctors were very k8nd and understanding and made a scary situation tolerable.. thank you triad
I absolutely love the atmosphere and everyone is so helpful and understanding and very nice I would recommend this place 100%, all of the staff are very nice and Dr.mcfarland is a god send
I am very glad I found this place. I had cataract surgery last year and had trouble with the multifocal lens. Too much glare from headlights, chrome on cars, and sunlight. The clinic that put them in talked about seeing oras nothing about bright glaring rings around glaring lights. And they did not listen to me. Found Triad on my own and very glad I did. Wish I had found them first!
Not happy with this place! I came here because my vision insurance changed. My yearly eye exam took almost 3 hours. The guy giving me my exam was very off putting and seemed like he was unsure what he was doing. He moved me from room to room to room which felt very odd to me. Finally, after I was done being seen by him. I was taken to another waiting room where I had to wait another 20 minutes (after I already had been there 2 hours) to see the actual doctor. Plus, ordering contacts from there is a pain. Do not recommend.
