Very professional and kind staff. Maddy ran a bunch of tests on me and made me feel very comfortable and had me laughing the whole time. Dr Kim is the most thorough doctor I’ve ever encountered. She listens and fallows up on every detail. Excellent friendly professional. Absolutely outstanding.

I initially had LASIK at Triad, but my vision remained impaired, especially at night. Despite multiple follow-up visits, my concerns were repeatedly attributed to dry eye, my appointments were delayed, and I was advised to purchase glasses at my own expense, which defeated the purpose of having LASIK. I sought a second opinion and was told the issue was not dry eye but an incorrect correction. Great experience. Everyone was so nice and knowledgeable.
Best eye exam and information received about my eye care ever. Dr Kim asked questions and explained everything. The visit was not rushed. I felt like a valued patient. Next year's exam is already scheduled. Thank you Dr Sullivan. The staff is also very friendly and helpful.
