I had a great eye appointment exam today. The staff at Triad Eye Institute are the best. Nicole helps you along with the eye charts. Nicole is caring and makes you feel it’s okay if you aren’t able to read a letter on the chart. Great person and makes you feel at ease. Dr. McFarland is very attentive and helpful when examining my eyes. He also updates me on the test results taken that day. I feel very fortunate to have chosen the right Eye Care Team at Triad Eye Institute.

Very professional and kind staff. Maddy ran a bunch of tests on me and made me feel very comfortable and had me laughing the whole time. Dr Kim is the most thorough doctor I’ve ever encountered. She listens and fallows up on every detail. Excellent friendly professional. Absolutely outstanding.

I initially had LASIK at Triad, but my vision remained impaired, especially at night. Despite multiple follow-up visits, my concerns were repeatedly attributed to dry eye, my appointments were delayed, and I was advised to purchase glasses at my own expense, which defeated the purpose of having LASIK. I sought a second opinion and was told the issue was not dry eye but an incorrect correction.
