I would rate this facility higher because the staff is very nice and helpful. However, i have had to wait close to an hour past my scheduled appointment time the last two or three visits. I must repeat the process for my final post op check up, then i will be moving on. Never experienced this until recently.
The work done on your eyes is great. Waiting over an hour for your follow appointment is ridiculous. Your time means nothing to them. Doctors need to look into this issue. It makes their great work look bad.
