Both were courteous, punctual, and diligent in helping us to land on the right solution for our home (which ultimately meant a little more work on their part to get things right). I sincerely appreciate how well this went, and would absolutely use Triad Electrical in the future!
Triad was excellent as an EV charger installer. They were prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable of the charging options. We went with a hardwired charge point because we set our up outside our garage. They handle the permits and set up inspections and they were completely transparent with pricing and the current rebate through Duke Energy. Thank you Harvey and Craig and the full tech team! We are so happy you helped us.
They did a great job installing the EV charger. They arrived on time and completed early. The installation was clean and it works great!
