Overall, the installation went as expected. The technician needed to cut additional hole into the wall to access the bottom of the electrical panel but was kind enough to cover it with a wall plate. Now, I have the ability and convenience of charging my EV overnight at home.
I cannot recommend Triad. I needed Triad to replace the light in my garage and fix the light in my kitchen. When the electrician left, neither light worked, but I was still charged $260. 1) The electrician switched the ballast in the garage, even though I wanted a new light installed. We got a plug installed in our garage for electric vehicle charging and they were wonderful!
Cody and Geo were very professional and stayed until after 7 PM to clean up and get things right. Even though they struck a waterline that was not marked while trenching they were able to get a plumber in right away to fix it and not cause me a problem. I was happy to have them on the job. Two thumbs up for their effort.
