Don't trust Triad Discount Homes. The owner recently kicked out an elderly lady (the mother of a deceased Navy veteran) and her disabled daughter from a home they had lived in for over 10 years. He bought the house from their landlord without the ladies knowledge that the house was for sale. Then he promised he would sell them the home for his asking price but then got an offer of a couple thousand more from another house flipper and sold it out from under them.
