2 yrs ago, I had a cracked upper denture and needed repair, the guy convinced me I need a new denture from him and personally warranty it will last at least 5 yrs. I gave in, $999 and less than 2 yrs later, the denture cracked on the same exact location, SAME EXACT LOCATION! I checked the website and it said for $100 he can repair the crack. I called and they said because of COVID, it now cost $200 for repair (??), however the repair is NOT warranty! Two issues: 1) Not stand on the warranty promise and 2) False advertisement... read more
