Called to inquire emergency services due to pain following a tooth extraction and was flat out told "you have to go back to where you got it done" I did inform the receptionist I was not able to return to the clinic that had performed the extraction. Followed by "well are you a patient here" I'm writing this review in hopes the front desk steps it up, they are the initial point of contact for most business, shows the "true" patient care!
Dr Bhatti was a life saver for me a few weekends ago. Came in on a Sunday to help me get rid of a horrible toothache. Ann was also great to have work on me. Excellent bedside manner and a gentle soul. Thanks so much.
Woke up on a Sunday morning with a true dental emergency where my face was extremely swollen due to an abscess which could have affected my vision if left untreated. My fiancée called around and no one has availability until Tuesday but Dr. Bhatti requested to see a picture of my face and he immediately sent back a message to meet me on a Sunday night at 7 pm. would give them 0 stars. very unprofessional made me wait 2 hours just to tell me my insurance doesn’t cover it. seen other patients with appointments 1-2 hours after me before seeing me. was told they use insurance for emergency only which it was and they changed it after me waiting here for 2 hours. DO NOT RECCOMEND.
