Wow such a simple task and they can not even complete. Go anywhere but here. Ask for simple death certificates and they cant even provide them. Run quick they are not to be trusted!

Nicole Smyth was the greatest. She helped me so much with my son, she was kind, understanding, and treated me like I was a friend. Not only was she professional but listened to me as a grieving mother. She was there for me during my time of need and helped me take care of my son during this covid-19 mess. With me being in Arizona and my son being in North Carolina this was the hardest thing a mother could ever go through. I highly recommend them. They are the greatest. 😀💜

They were extremely professional and made my FIL funeral a easy and beautiful service. The staff at Traid was so helpful and I cant rave enough of how this was a great experience.
I can't say enough good about Triad Cremation! We used them several years ago after my father's passing and there was no question who we were going to use when we needed them again within the past two weeks when my mother died. The staff is warm and comforting at all phases of the process from pick up to obtaining the remains. I highly recommend this funeral and cremation service. Jeremy, Kirk, and the rest of the faculty was absolutely wonderful. I don't have one bad thing to say about this place. You will not find anywhere else that have the prices they have and provide the kind of service they gave my family. I know my sister, Angela Steele, would have not wanted any other way.
