TCM is a pleasure to work with as we wanted to stay local purchasing the product for our home in *******. Covid clearly put delays in their supply chain and also created labor shortages in 2021, but the quality of the product was well worth the wait. ************* was extremely honest and helpful getting replacement roofing as a result of damage during a delivery. We love our new roof and are currently now using TCM roofing to cover our new garage so it matches the house!
My husband purchased metal roofing from this company back in June of this year. Due to circumstances beyond our control he just put the metal on the roof over the weekend and realized that he would need a wider ridge cap than what he originally purchased. Triad Corrugated is a fantastic distributor for metal roofing needs. Their inside staff is amazingly easy to work with. Covid-19 has stressed suppliers to their max. Triad corrugated has not once during this crisis had an issue with supply. I can not say this about any of our other suppliers.
