John and Chris and both knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Even when John is busy he always takes time to patiently answer my questions. He has even opened a hive on occasion to aid in my understanding. Great customer service!

I went by today and purchased a few items to begin our family hobby. John was very helpful and really took his time with us. There were a few customers behind me and they were so patient, sweet and excited for me and the kids. I felt like I was the only customer there with all the attention. There was a gentleman before me as well, and he was treated the same way. They, the other customers, were eager to give advice and it was overall a great experience.
