Got an auto loan through Triad bank and my loan officer was Jordan. He was very helpful and responsive. If we had any online issues with banking or applications Skylar was absolutely wonderful. He was always helpful and extremely caring. I highly recommend Triad bank!

Stay away if you can! Multiple banks are failing and on top of that I tried to speak with the manager there. Tell me why the manager hangs up on me mid conversation but the regular employee is kind and trying to help. Terrible service for a bank, sad to say.
Clyde helped me out tremendously and I'm truly grateful he's a great guy and understanding.
