Very nice location
I spoke with Courtney, two days in a row, unfortunately. The second today, she was much worse. Her attitude surely doesn’t not represent this bank, does it? I just moved to this area and she asked why I didn’t want to use my other bank, lol. Cause I don’t want to drive to another town, girl. (I said it politely) She sighed loudly. I've been a customer of Triad Bank since the mid-1980s. I love my bank! Their app is so easy to use. Great people and consistently fabulous service. I highly recommend Triad Bank.
The people are friendly, and the appreciation they have of the community is amazing, and the new location is gorgeous. I decided to go through Triad for an auto loan, the process was easy, non-stressful, and quick. It was handled by the people you meet at the bank, not by 3rd parties and or other states. I highly suggest Triad Bank, at both locations.
