I called Jason the day before to get a oil change and a inspection! I arrived at 10am the next day and Jason was at the front desk. He greeted me an took my car back and finished everything in less than a hour! Wow Great service and staff! We are going to use Triad Auto again!
These men and their work are top notch and honest.
I had an amazing experience here and the assessment done on my vehicle was superb. Not only did they find out what the issue was on my Honda Pilot, but they were aware of an ongoing class action lawsuit regarding this same issue, which came with it, an extended warranty. They determined that my vehicle likely qualified, provided me with the information necessary to provide to the dealership, and even took pictures of the offending parts to further support my claim.
