Carla has been extremely rude and unprofessional in her interactions. This management company consistently fails to enforce important HOA rules—cars regularly block the sidewalks, making it unsafe and impossible to walk, and vehicles frequently speed through the neighborhood, creating daily safety concerns for our children. Way to start a morning! I contacted TRIAD AM and spoke with Mrs. Amy Shaddix expecting a not so good interaction. NOT today! Amy listened to my concern and then prompted “walked” through my ARC request with ease. She addressed my concerns in a very professional and receptive manner. I was very happy with the result and will have less reservation on contacting the Architectural Response Team in the future! Thank you Mrs. Amy!!
