If you think these people (Company) are going to do anything in your community or enforce the rules or regulations, then you're wrong. They're the worst on the market. A simple request turns into a challenge where you send 30 emails and they respond 31 times saying they're not responsible. Of course, they're first to collect the monthly fee, otherwise you have to pay a late fee or whatever they want. We live in River Front neighborhood in Edgewater Florida. Triad is the management of the HOA. The neighborhood is right at a year old. The communication, , irrigation system maintenance, maintenance of the grounds and enforcement of HOA rules are all lacking. I will gladly communicate with anyone from Triad who reads the reviews. We have an extensive list of the examples. And if it improves will gladly change the review. We want an HOA that works for the residents and enforces the HOA agreement.
I have enjoyed working to Triad. They are responsive and helpful as a homeowner.
This management company is so incredible. They are very responsive, reliable, and knowledgeable with every aspect of our community! We’ve had several management companies in our neighborhood before and they are the best!
