I only have great things to say about everyone I have interacted with at this company. Originally they managed our master HOA, and I was so impressed that I moved our local over to them as well. Our manager, Jennifer, is always so responsive and her knowledge of HOA rules is so extensive. The transition to their company was smooth and every employee (and the owner) has been a delight. I highly recommend them!
What started off as a rocky experience turned quickly underneath the management of Steven. Today I met Steven Bressler. He saw me in front of the house and took the time to step out and introduce himself, which I thought was very professional. He shared some updates on what he’s been working on and what’s already been completed. It’s a breath of fresh air knowing we have someone as polished and proactive as Steven managing the neighborhood.
Shout out to TRIAD Association Management & Anthony Pagan!! Anthony's customer service/support, simply amazing. I needed to confirm HOA related details for my mom's new residence down in Florida and set her up with an online account. Anthony handled my call two weeks in a row, was friendly, a consummate professional, highly knowledgeable and made the overall account set up & process, seamless. HIGHLY RECOMMEND him and TRIAD's services!
This is a direct review for Steven. In the time he has taken over the HOA for our plan he has produced results we’ve tried getting with a prior worker with no results. He follows up and shows concern and takes actions. He makes visits to our plan and meets with residents to address concerns and takes actions. I feel more confident with him being a part of our community and knowing he will always do his best for us. Steven makes the HOA experience a positive one and has turned around the prior experience.
