Jessica (the manager) is great. She follows through promptly. The information she provides is clear and professional. The property is very well kept.
Terrible customer service!
The rep for my community has not been available to talk to me for a month. She doesn’t have a set office hours to call; always voicemail. The gym has a broken equipment since December. The neighborhood’s grass is being allowed to degenerate.
