Their sales team will respond quickly, but their CAM's do not. It's very frustrating and causes more issues. I don't think they understand that a timely response stops lawsuits. As you can see, they responded quickly to this (The sales team), but they did not respond quickly (six weeks total) to the actual request (CAM). There is also another request that they are not describing which is best summed up as "please cut the grass that is your responsibility." Anthony Pagan was absolutely wonderful! My husband and I were totally confused about our "2" HOA payments. Anthony was patient, helpful, polite and so knowledgeable of his field. He helped us with the TRIAD APP. The one thing that stood out most to us was his patience. We're older and he was just absolutely wonderful! So many companies make the older customers feel inadequate, like they've got better things to do than help us. But not Anthony Pagan, it was a joy speaking to him. Jessica (the manager) is great. She follows through promptly. The information she provides is clear and professional. The property is very well kept.
I have been a couple of times at Triad Association Management office and have the pleasure to meet Amanda Vazquez and asked her for an application and somethings I couldn't understand and she immediately stopped everything she was doing to help me with my concerns. I really appreciate her professionalism and extensive knowledge. She was very helpful and kindness
