I have dealt with quite a few HOA management companies. Many of which are very unresponsive; however, I was very please during the course of my transaction. Alex Daza was always prompt to respond to my messages and assist me however possible and not days later either. This is so important in my field of work and ensuring our customers can close on their home in time. Thank you Alex for being so amazing and helpful. We need more of you!
If you think these people (Company) are going to do anything in your community or enforce the rules or regulations, then you're wrong. They're the worst on the market. A simple request turns into a challenge where you send 30 emails and they respond 31 times saying they're not responsible. Of course, they're first to collect the monthly fee, otherwise you have to pay a late fee or whatever they want. If you only charge for the community's electricity service or to come and mow the lawn, you should step aside and let another ... read more
I never dealt with an HOA before so it was a new experience. I unsuccessfully submitted requests to add a few construction projects and was sent a list of required documents. It was daunting as I wasn’t quite clear on what all of the elements were. I submitted a few of the documents and eventually was denied for lack of complete info. Each time I called I was greeted by a fri... read more
Their sales team will respond quickly, but their CAM's do not. It's very frustrating and causes more issues. I don't think they understand that a timely response stops lawsuits. As you can see, they responded quickly to this (The sales team), but they did not respond quickly (six weeks total) to the actual request (CAM). There is also another request that they are not describing which is best summed up as "please cut the grass that is your responsibility." Triad has yet to respond to that either, so it's not that one wo... read more
The heat is hitting the triple digits! We live in Florida but the HOA "governing document" will not allow a commercially installed engineered-approved semi-inground above-ground pool. Not all homeowners are privileged to afford an inground 100k pool. One thing is a Walmart above-ground pool another is an engineered professionally installed semi-inground above-ground pool. I don't see how a professionally, commercially installed above-ground pool would cause my property to depreciate. See the picture attached.
