DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.I am not one to write reviews, but when the cost of a servicing is similar to a total replacement, I will take the time to warn others. It would have been more cost effective for me to purchase a new opener then to have Glen repair the one I had installed 2 years ago.Get a second even,third bid and be sure it's in writing prior to allowing work to be completed.
My garage door opener is a charm—it operates flawlessly! It's smooth, silent, and very practical. Unquestionably a wise investment.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!! They will come to your house and spend 15 min, tell you they need to order a "special part" (door spring in my case which they most definitely have in the truck, office or could get at home depot down the road) come back a week plus later and install in 30 minutes. But what they don't tell you is they charge $240 in labor, charge you $40 for gas fee even though they are in next town over and charge you an additional 3% for use of your debit card.
