When our AC recently stopped working, I got the name of Triac from friends who had used them to install a new system. They sent someone out the next morning, even though it was the middle of a busy time for them, and determined it was the blower motor. After chasing down a replacement, they were very up front with the pricing (it was a spendy Carrier part) and got someone back late afternoon to replace it. This was during 90+ degree weather.
