Solid, super flexible and really helpful. They worked with me in advance to switch bikes, applied my home bike's key measurements, and took the time to craft a true locale's bike route for my 40M ride. Palm Springs is a mixed bag for road bikes, so that route really made my experience great. Would rent from them again in a heartbeat.

Looking for a local shop with great service. This is it. I own a shop in another part of the country. Came info for some basic needs. Super helpful and very kind. Great Bike Shop.

I recognize that most reviewers have had positive experiences with this shop, as I have had in the past. However, today I called ahead and asked whether they could take a look at a problem I was having with my derailleur. I specifically asked if I needed an appointment and was told no, just stop by. Forty-five minutes later I went into the shop and told them I had called ahead and asked if they could take a look.
