I cannot recommend Anna at Tria Salon enough! After years of over-processing and too much bleaching at different salons, my hair was dull, damaged, and honestly in really bad shape. I had so many disappointing experiences and was starting to lose hope… until I found Anna. She truly transformed my hair. BEWARE!!! I followed Chantel from Tryst Salon where I only had a fabulous experience. Once she went to Tria ( as one of the owners) she started acting totally unprofessional and unreliable! She asked me 3 times ( at the last minute) to come to my appointment 15-25 minutes later, as she was running late. Then she started canceling my appointments at the last minute ( providing silly excuses) and asking to reschedule. The last time she did this, she never showed up for my rescheduled appointment.
