Due to scheduling being booked (for many weeks out), I was scheduled with 3 different PTs. The 1st PT was extremely rude, the 2nd PT canceled on me twice (which took 2 weeks to see them), and the 3rd PT was great but had no openings until September. These issues made it challenging for me to receive proper care to treat my shoulder injury. I ended up switching to Summit Orthopedics where I'm receiving more sufficient care and I can actually get into seeing one PT on a regular basis.
Everyone here has been so lovely to me helping me get better being patient with me. What a lovely great way to get strong and healthy.
I will never come here again staff really sucks
I have been working with Alexandra and she is amazing. She listens and takes the time to try new things and figure it out. I have only had a few appointments but I’m confident that working with Alexandra will help me get better, My first appointment was with a different therapist and he was also fantastic. I really can’t say enough good things about Trias PT therapists and how they run their scheduling system. It’s smooth a super convenient.
