This place has terrible communication and quality of care. You have to wait long times for someone to check you in, and if you're even a minute late for an appointment because of that, they could decide to cancel your appointment. Their schedulers can be rude. The clinic manager will not call you back or listen to any concerns or complaints you may have. This leads me to believe no one cares about you as a person. Avoid this place!!
Due to scheduling being booked (for many weeks out), I was scheduled with 3 different PTs. The 1st PT was extremely rude, the 2nd PT canceled on me twice (which took 2 weeks to see them), and the 3rd PT was great but had no openings until September. These issues made it challenging for me to receive proper care to treat my shoulder injury. I ended up switching to Summit Orthopedics where I'm receiving more sufficient care and I can actually get into seeing one PT on a regular basis.
Everyone here has been so lovely to me helping me get better being patient with me. What a lovely great way to get strong and healthy.
I will never come here again staff really sucks
