I selected this location due to an online check in with Tria’s “hold my place” feature. On the middle of a Tuesday, I found myself checking in with a 90-minute wait. I arrived 15-minutes early as directed, only to be sitting in a waiting area for over an hour. As I continue to wait to be seen, I can only hope that the doctor is more competent than the scheduling system.

About a month ago, my friend had to go in for a CT. Prior to appointment, he specifically asked if it’s okay that he Ubers there and back. He was told yes. He shows up and he’s now told, “No, you need someone here with you.” So I had to leave (while I was WORKING mind you) to go and sit there with him. Next time a patient needs someone to accompany them the whole visit, that needs to be stated. While he’s filling out paperwork at check-in, the lady that was there (it was a Sunday around 5pm, blonde girl) was extremely rude. ... read more
