Brought my son in for an injury and they took him for an xray then we sat in silence in a room for OVER AN HOUR. Not a single person checked in, updated us, nothing. No provider came to see him. Finally after an hour of waiting I asked if there was an update they looked SHOCKED to see me. Let them know we had been waiting over an hour since his xray and they looked as though they had forgotten about him. The staff is wonderful! Everyone is helpful and caring of patients' needs. Whether I need to be seen by urgent care or I have an appointment, I have never had a negative experience.
I injured myself back in February 2026 and was referred to here by a nurse via a phone call. The Dr. I had along with the support staff were very friendly, nice, helpful, respectful, and much more. I quickly recovered from my injury with their excellent care, treatment, and help. Thank you for treating me in my time of need. Keep up the GREAT work! See you soon… ✌🏻
