I would just like to say thank you to everyone at Tria for the AWESOME care I received today. I was there for knee surgery due to a bucket handle meniscus tear in my right knee. The care and compassion I was shown today by the entire staff was simply amazing, They answered any question I had, and gave clear instructions and expectations for after surgery and during the. Healing process. I could not have asked for better. Thank you!!
Dr. Hillman (5 stars from me) set the bar high at my assessment for back problems and refered me to Woodbury Tria for a spinal cortisone injection with Dr. Yamaguchi (1 star from me). Weird and insanely painful experience. He said several times "I just have to get it around this corner..." It's a NEEDLE in my SPINE not a car stuck in a snowbank. Went there with extreme pain in which I still have. They said two weeks for an MRI. This is insane pain. They could careless.
Went here for a back issue and all I got was a bill and some more tests. Couldn't even tell me to take Motrin or anything. I told them what I do to loosen it up, and they said yeah just go to PT. It's already what I'm doing so why would I go pay for it? Kept getting hounded for my bill and they made it so difficult to try to complain or find someone that cares I gave in and paid it. I will never go to TRIA again.
