I bought my last bike here, but even before that the level of customer service and knowledge is amazing!
I have been going to Tri-Zone for years, back when it was mainly just a warehouse. Not only do they have a great variety to chose from, the customer service is on point. They go over and above to make sure I get exactly what I want and need. I also get both my bikes serviced by TRI-zone (race Tri bike and road bike) and they always do a fantastic job.... Specifically Raul. I recommend TRI-ZONE for all your TRI and ROad needs.
