This is an A+ business that has been supportive of all my triathlon needs for the past 7 years. They go way above and beyond providing great service. They have long-term employees that are triathletes and runners themselves and everyone knows you by name. They are able to answer any of my questions and support my triathlon lifestyle. I just had a cleat fitting with Gayla, and she is amazing. She took her time with me, and found small areas of adjustment that made a world of difference! In addition to being remarkable at what she does, she is wonderfully down to earth, encouraging and inspiring and made me feel very at ease even though I am totally new at the spin/bike thing. What a fantastic, knowledgeable, and fun team to learn from and train with. They have just the right supplies, and help you make better selections. And they are very patient with you when you want to try on not one, not two, but three or more wet-suits. Because, fit is important, and they want you to leave with the best one for you! If you are in the area, their "Give-it-a-Try" program is great for newbies and seasoned folks seeking to do better at this fun sport.
I went in just to "look." I walked out with a brand new bike. The staff is VERY knowledgeable and were very considerate of my budget.

The shop is fantastic! Went in today and Jeff helped out two of us swap components and redo our bar tape. He spent time showing me how its done and making me a better bike owner. The really treat you like family and make you successful!! Their support is awesome.
