Terrible company, they treat people horrible and unethical. They are not knowledgeable at all.
this has been the worst and most frustrating experience I have ever had while trying to coordinate care. None of the employees actually know anything. I have been transferred in circles and told every time that I have to call one of the other three phone numbers I was given. I work in a specialty clinic and I have never had such a tumultuous time trying to get anyone to give me an answer to anything. I have heard horror stories, but experiencing this first hand has made me realize how poor this system is truly.
