Today was my first time at Tri Vision Optical in Cambridge and I had a wonderful experience! I was greeted with friendly faces, and walked through the new client procedures. Dr. Renee Hamer took her time with my eye exam, I did not feel rushed, she answered all my questions, provided detailed results, and recommendations. Spoke to Duncan about coming in for an appointment and he was very friendly and helpful. Then we drove to the Cambridge location and was helped out by Chrissy. So knowledgeable , friendly and great at finding the frames your looking for! She helps you decide what to get and narrow things down because theres so many great options. We went here for my daughters glasses we picked up two pair one was wrong didn't come with transition as was on her list of things, sent back now the are at the wrong store when specifily I said for pick up in Cambridge as I pass this store twice a day!!! Can you not get things right here!!! I get we can have them here tomorrow that don't help me in a Saturday. Not Happy with the poor service. Amazing staff made me feel completely comfortable and I love my glasses thank you
