Dr Klein is so amazing. She is so compassionate and cares for her patients like they were her own! I had a tough couple years with one of my fur babies. And threw stitches, hospital visits and saying our final good bye she was so wonderful. I have been to several Vet offices in the Dubuque County area over the past 15 years. Tri-Vet has been so great to work! We trusted them completely with the care of our dog, Gus. He was not an easy going kind of fella, especially under stress, but the staff was always understanding and took awesome care of our pup. And when we had to make the devastating choice to send Gus across the rainbow bridge after an accident, Dr. Klein came in at 1am to help us say goodbye and allowed us to spend his final moments together as a family. RecommendedDr. Klein has been there in the hardest times for us but happily celebrated a new kitten with us today. The compassion and love are just a bonus to a clinic that is able to get you in in a very timely manner.
RecommendedDr. Klein and her tech, Kari, deserve an award after trimming my cats nails. They were quick, yet gentle with my very expressive cat. They both are so sweet and so kind. Both my cats got love and some snuggles. I highly recommend Tri-Vet to anyone, they are awesome!
