We hired Mr Mustafa for his great reviews on Nextdoor. He steam cleaned carpeting in 2 areas and then cleaned and polished our travertine floors over most of the downstairs. Before starting he explained how he would do the cleaning, went over all the steps and was always ready to answer any questions we had. It took most of 2 days to finish the work and he was painstaking and thorough throughout - not cutting corners. Mustafa is such a pleasant guy, and he explained well the steps of how he does his carpet cleaning. I have a lot of stains on my carpet that I thought it will never come off since it did not from the previous carpet cleaning company that I hired. I am very satisfied with the results today! And he even left his 2 fans to make sure the carpet will dry fast. Great job
