So I mean IF they would get back to me I might see them as a 5 * company. Unfortunately, Mustafa responded to my email on 8/17 asking for photos of the room and after sending the pics AND following up with 2 more emails asking if he received my pics he completely ghosted me. Still no response as of 8/27. So why would I give someone that starts off without any customer service from the beginning my money? I'm not impressed. And I certainly don't see 5* customer service / satisfaction.
