I applied for a home with perfect credit and income. After handing all of my personal info to Elizabeth Cole, she ran my credit report and proceeded to ghost me and my coapplicant for over a month. Many calls and emails to the office went unanswered, and on the rare event she did respond, they’d be one line emails like “the owner hasn’t gotten back to me yet”. Tri-Valley ghosted me after applying to a property. No rejection email or anything. Followed up via phone anonymously to find out someone else was selected. The least you can do is tell your applicants they were rejected.

I have rentals. I started with Tri-Valley in 2017 and have been very pleased with them. I prefer to deal with any repairs with my own handyman but that's just me. Tri-Valley does the advertising, shows the property, contacts me when they have a valid prospective tenant. Once tenant is placed the Management collects monthly rents and deposits portion via ACH direct into my account. Other arrangements can be made per your instructions. We work well together.
