I am writing to express my disappointment with the intake process. Over a week ago, I provided all my personal and insurance information for verification, but I have yet to receive a follow-up. Despite calling the office four times, I have received no status update. Each time, I am told a message will be sent to the insurance coordinator, but the lack of communication persists. This delay and lack of accountability are unacceptable.
