Great service and experience! My car started steaming/overheating as I was driving through Pleasanton from the Sacramento area and this shop was closest to me. I was able to get my car to them, and they were wonderful. They kept me in the loop as they ran tests and ordered parts. The parts weren’t available right away and I wanted to get home as soon as possible, so they went above and beyond to get the parts and give me a break on costs where they could. They used to have great service bit then brought on the manager’s son who acts like he owns the place, is arrogant and has no problem responding to your complaints with a nonchalant “if you don’t like it, go somewhere else”. It’s truly a shame that this place has chosen nepotism over customer service.
