Great Place I have unfortunately been involved in a few accidents and never received the same level of service that I did at Tri Valley. They are family owned and operated and treat their clients as if they were a part of the family as well. I was extremely happy with the work they did on my vehicle and have referred them several new accounts.
what I think about them... I like this business because each and every one of the employees are very courteous, helpful, and willing to go out of their way to help you and work around your schedule. They are a family owned company which I feel is a very strong aspect.

Tri Valley Auto Comes Thru Brought my Ford in for insurance work. When I got it home I noticed a slight halo around each repaired area. Car was still dusty with wax and not washed. Wasn't able to get back to Tri Valley for several months to resolve issue. Even though they gave me the stink eye and were somewhat skeptical of my situation, they took the car in the morning and were finished in the afternoon. good service My insurance company sent me here after an accident for repairs. They did a good job on the repairs and finished quickly. They were prompt with phone calls. My only complaint is they didn't reaim the headlight so I brought it back and they had no problem doing it. It would have been nice to avoid having to bring it all the back. Good customer service.
