Excellent customer service. North bay store arranged to have a sectional in the colour I wanted brought in from another store: no deposit required, no strings attached . The piece was perfect - well constructed by a Canadian company , and a great price! Delivery was fast and also reasonably priced. Highly recommend TriTown furniture
