Always a great experience with Dr. Lowry and his team! From the moment you walk in, the office feels warm and welcoming. The front desk staff is always friendly and cheerful, which instantly makes the visit better. The hygienists, assistants, and Dr. Lowry himself go above and beyond to make every appointment comfortable while taking the time to explain everything clearly. "The last two appointments, I actually showed up on time—a small miracle considering my usual routine of last-minute admin staff reminders (bless their patience). This time, no calls, no texts, just me, adulting like a pro. Naturally, I requested a sticker for my efforts—because what's adulthood without some external validation? Dr Melissa paid extra cares and attention to fixing my front teeth. I’ve had them fixed 3 separate times from a childhood accident and this is the best care I’ve recieved! Highly recommend
Very unimpressed with Melissa, the dentist and her assistant Jen. My son was to have a root canal done today and he was anxious and they said they couldn’t work on him. That’s fine I understand, but he told them that he was in pain and they did nothing about it and gave him a temporary filling and he left sobbing his eyes out for 45 minutes because of the pain he was in.
