I went in today to get a manicure with regular nail polish and have them remove my luminary nails. I explained to the lady that I had tried to remove my nails by myself, and I couldn’t get them off and accidentally ripped one of my nails. I’M NOT A NAIL TECH THATS WHY I MADE THE APPOINTMENT. I could tell the lady was already irritated at the start and she was sighing the whole time. She was very rude and was rushing her work. Nails r always excellent!
Not a good experience and that's a shame. The place is not cleaned properly. They do not wash down the pedicure stations after they are finished. One woman rolled her eyes at me when we slightly corrected her on the toe design
