Tri-Tech did such a great job installing our HVAC system that we asked them to come back and install a fireplace insert. The did an excellent job with the fireplace too! All of the workers, Ray, ******* **** and ******* especially, did above and beyond service for us - including moving furniture (couch and bookcase) that were too heavy for us to move in preparation for their work - they moved the furniture back into place when they were done and they swept and cleaned up afterwards. We would hire them again easily!
A total ripoff. Technicians do not know what they’re doing except to over charge you for everything. $32 for a $.80 fuse! $105.00 for a $5.00 Chinese capacitor! It only lasted 2 years and they would not even consider replacing for free! A lowlife company only out to make a ton of money on customers.

Techs are also some of the best and I know they be around to continue service because they know me and my home:)

A technician came out to look at my fireplace 6 weeks ago as it was not burning properly. He took some pictures and said he needed to review the pictures at his office to discuss what may be the problem. Charged me $161 for coming out. Never heard from this company again. My fireplace now works thanks to an independent contractor who said it merely needed the holes cleaned where the gas comes out. That did the trick. Don’t use Tri-Tech!
In the end, it is all about people for me. I trust these people to do it right! Thanks, Tri Tech!!!
Had problem w/our furnace, called in, had tech dispatched that day...problem fixed, great service from start to finish..Highly recommend them
Had to get our AC replaced. This company was super easy to work with and very professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
