Second time using tri-tech. Punctual and great service.
Excellent service
Avoid this company We recently dealt with them twice over a year to fix our Daikin internal unit, both times not fixed but happy to keep asking us to pay call out fees of $320 per time The service was so bad on the last time they were onsite they didn't put the installation back into the external unit, which now has a clunking noise and told us they'd be back with a quote, dont expect any replies to emails except asking for more money!! It got to the point where we had to go straight to Daikin Australia to get the unit fixed... read more
Great customer service, super friendly team. They did excellent work on our house and would highly recommend. We have just used tri tech for the second time in 12 months as we wanted to replace our very old air con unit. Once again the service was fast, friendly and our job completed within 2 weeks of first getting a quote. Definitely recommend tri tech for consistent good service and reasonable prices! Thanks team
Darren and his team recently installed air con in our home (multi-head system upstairs and split system downstairs.) They did an excellent job at explaining the different options and benefits prior to the instal. The instal itself was done in a professional and timely manner.
