We were introduced to Tri State windows at the Toledo, home and garden show this last spring. We were looking for estimates on roofing, and I'd made appointments with about 4 Sylvania area contractors. After receiving bids from these four companies, we chose tri state. Todd was pleasant, and seemed sincere enough to back up his work. When the work crew arrived in the morning, they jumped out of their vans, Immediately started to work. I found TriState at the Toledo home show. K spoke with the owner Todd and salesman Dustin. Both seemed very professional and knowledgeable about the products they offered for a replacement roof. I set up a home visit for an estimate and was pleasantly surprised both men showed up at the promised time. An estimate was given with absolutely no pressure.
