From beginning to end, I have had great service from Tri State. Laurie always answers the phone with a smile in her voice (even on Monday mornings!) Dusty, the salesman, was open and honest about their products, information was given without trying to push an expensive product over a cheaper option, was forthright in providing an expected installation date (actual installation was about 1 week earlier than expected). Needed framing around one window replaced d/t wind damage. Had both done so they matched. Also had soffit replaced around the entire home to spruce it up. The installers were very professional, courteous and thorough. The company always kept me in the loop and the price was very reasonable!
Working with Todd and his group was a great experience. The new sliding door for our deck looks amazing.
Ron at Tri-State did a great job on replacing our leaking window. He took the time to do it right and to finish it beautifully. In addition, his skill set and professionalism showed how experienced and knowledgeable he is in the industry. He worked through the rain to ensure we were taken care of. It hasn't rained much since the install day but we are confident it won't leak. I would highly recommend Ron to anyone looking for a window replacement. Thanks Ron!
We are extremely happy with our new roof. The whole process was quick and easy, and the new roof looks great! Todd and his crew were professional and hard-working. We would highly recommend Tri-State!
