We had a great experience with tri-state. We have a rental property and the team installed the windows while we were out of town. I fully expected a huge mess when I got back, but wow! What a nice surprise! The windows are gorgeous and house and window area were clean. It must have been a difficult installation as well, because we previously had glass block windows. Another thing I loved about this company is communication, which is key to me.
We got all of our siding replaced and installed with tri state. 3 years later our siding has been blown off the house multiple times in two different areas (i live in a suburban neighborhood) We signed a contract already for tri state to fix these spots four months ago, and still have yet to be scheduled for the repair. We just had our windows replaced and Tri-State did such a beautiful job. If you can zoom in on the pictures you can see how careful and precise they were on their miter work around the window wraps. I've been in construction most of my life, so I know what to look for. The detail work on the mitering and the caulking was I'd say perfect. They're clean up was amazing. I had my siding installed as well as a flat roof. The owner Tod came out before and after to discuss the installation and finishing. The receptionist is awesome and get back to you with any questions or concerns same day. The process was a breeze. Highly satisfied.
