Tri-State was great to work with from start to finish. The sales process was direct and friendly with no high pressure sales tactics. The crews took their time and discussed each step of the process with me along the way. The end result was beautiful with extremely tight/clean workmanship. They really delivered a great experience and end result.
I worked construction for 45 years and have always maintained a high level of workmanship. That is what I saw day in and day out from Tri-State's crew. They displayed high levels of craftsmanship and professionalism, much of the time in very cold weather. They were very helpful in answering any questions we had and allayed any concerns we brought up. They assured us the job would be done right and they delivered. Just had new siding and a front window put in.. Looks beautiful!! The window and Siding guys are true Craftsman and perfectionists! Took their time...no hurry...would recommend Tri- State and their crew of workers...Anytime!!! We have a " NEW" house without moving!!? Thank you Guys!!!
We highly recommend Tri-State… we used Tri-State for both the roof and siding. From the quoting process.. to the finished product… Tri-State is great to work with. The salesmen Michael was great to get things started… The owner Todd called and stopped by multiple times and Laurie back at the office was always very friendly if we called or emailed anything.
