Satisfied & Happy Customer This is in response to atrimu, after reading your review. You have old generation vinyl windows, old technology. These windows are not in existence any more. Tri-state has moved on to 5th generation. Your window has metal in between the glass which causes condensation. It is also sealed with a single glazing seal. The glass is only 1/16" glass and no low-e. In 2000 I got windows from Tri-State for the second time and it's almost ten years and I haven't had any condensation. Awesome and Professional Company I recently had three windows done by another company who said that there windows were just as good if not better than Tri-State's. They were completely wrong. Although they also had a triple pane glass window at a lower price, the quality was very poor. I intentionaly only had three windows installed by them and three windows from Tri-State. Beautiful Work We want to thank Dan and the crew at tristate for the incredible job they did on our home. When the other salesmen came to our home they spent more time attacking each other than giving us the facts. They all sounded like politicians, except for Dan from Tristate Windows. Tri State Window factory was highly recommended from my friend and I was very happy with the results. They did the installation in a Saturday and part of a Sunday. They were polite enough to save the garage for Sunday because the neighbors were having a child's birthday party. Special Order Fulfilled 100 Percent My wife and I could not agree on which company we should use to replace our windows. Im glad my wife won this argument, because our house looks fabulous. Susan had me come in to talk to Larry, in hopes that Larry could win me over...and he did! Larry is very knowledgeable & did not balk at my stupid questions. And Susan had wanted some special doors, and it only took a few days to get them in.
Reduced My Enegy Bills Replacing the windows was something that took a long research. Cause windows make a huge difference in the electric and gas bill as well. In winters good windows reduce my energy bill and summers windows reduce my electric bill. I am very happy with the Tri-State Windows results. They have installed the windows last summer and we saved a lot of money. My enery bills slashed in hallf. I would recommend Tri-State windows to everybody.
