I have had the Very best experience with this company! Guy Williams came out measured, priced out everything including labor and I am telling you by far this company cannot be beat on quality of product or labor. I had 5 other estimates that were outrageous, I am so grateful I found Tri State if I hadn't I would not have been able to put new windows in!!
We ordered windows from Tri-State Wholesale. We told the girl what size we need the windows (not the rough opening). She ordered them as rough opening so our windows came too small. We tried to return them and have the correct size ordered. Tri- State Wholesale would not accept the return or order new ones. The windows are 1/2 inch too small each way and one of the widows measured wider at the top than at the bottom. These are some of the nicest people I have ever met! Charlie Williams and his crew installed Windows at my house today and they were awesome! There was a young man, (I didn't get his name) on this crew who was amazing! He was so respectful and hard working. It is so refreshing to see young people who will work and he kind and respectful. I definitely recommend them for any work you may need.
Best place I ever work get to see a lot friends we try to keep our prices as low as possible
