He checked it out (a system from another company from several years ago) and discovered they had not installed it correctly, allowing part of our home to be supplied with non- softened water! This company is awesome. They have installed systems for my entire family. They are very nice, professional, informative, and accommodating. We have hard water that produces scaling and iron stains. The systems work and are worth every penny! I highly recommend them!
Installed water softner in my house last year. The manager is knowledgeable, experienced and prompt. Their systems are way less expensive than other companies and you get the same value if not better. Unlike Culligan of Greensboro, Tri State Water Systems always pick up the phone and give you honest answers and quotes.
Jackson and Jeremy did a great job with our intstall! We got a quote for our system and got install on the same week. They explained everything very well for how to system works and how to turn off if needed. If need a water treatment system and want to be taken care of call them.
