They installed my softener and acid reducer system a few years ago. Steven and Sean provide good communication, are on time, friendly, helpful, and no upsell when they come to do the service every 12-18 mos. Will use again!

This company is awesome. They have installed systems for my entire family. They are very nice, professional, informative, and accommodating. We have hard water that produces scaling and iron stains. The systems work and are worth every penny! I highly recommend them!
Installed water softner in my house last year. The manager is knowledgeable, experienced and prompt. Their systems are way less expensive than other companies and you get the same value if not better. Unlike Culligan of Greensboro, Tri State Water Systems always pick up the phone and give you honest answers and quotes.
