He was friendly, quick and efficient.
Ethan the technician was very nice, professional, and accommodating. However, Alex from the call center who scheduled the visit was not. He contacted me via text and would not answer when I attempted to call twice. He requested to move my annual maintenance up 2 months because they had someone in the area. I agreed but only if the tech would be there by 8-8:30 am which he assured me would happen.
