No appointment is needed, it's first come, first served. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place.

I've had three Labrador Retrievers and all of them have had Doc's care throughout their life. I will be getting my fourth lab puppy in the spring 2012 and Doc will be seeing him soon. My lab pups that I purchase are fairly expensive and I totaly trust Doc with them.
The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.
They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. The restrooms at this office were spotless.
