I brought my dog here because he has a lump on his leg. I was very concerned. They took fluid from it and told me it’s multiplying fast. So I asked for a apt for him to have it removed. The dr asks me to wait so they can give me a estimate of what it would cost. The very next day she took a week off . I didn’t get a estimate for 2 weeks . A month later I finally get a apt for his surgery and I show up that morning with him and the office is closed! I used Tri State until they completely ignored my very sick dogs symptoms. They used our emergency visit as a means to sell me a dog food subscription (after many visits prior declining interest) and allergy shampoo. After leaving their office in tears, his symptoms continued to worsen. We brought him to Shohola vet who was nothing short of amazing.
